1.2 Main Result Modules

  1. Active ingredient screening and compound-target network
  2. Differential expression gene analysis
  3. WGCNA co-expression network and disease-related modules
  4. PPI network and hub gene identification
  5. GO/KEGG functional enrichment analysis
  6. CIBERSORT immune infiltration analysis
  7. Single-cell transcriptome clustering and cell type annotation
  8. Mendelian randomization and colocalization causal analysis
