Revealing the Mechanisms of Zhen-Wu-Huang-Qi Decoction in the treatment of HFrEF
Integrating Network Pharmacology, Multi-Omics, Causal Inference & Molecular Docking
1 Project Overview
This project systematically explores the pharmacological mechanism of Zhen-Wu-Huang-Qi Decoction (ZWHQD) in the treatment of Chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), based on network pharmacology, multi-omics bioinformatics, and computational verification.
The analytical pipeline integrates active component screening, target prediction, GEO transcriptome analysis, WGCNA co-expression network, PPI hub gene identification, functional enrichment, immune infiltration, single-cell transcriptomics, Mendelian randomization, colocalization causal inference, diagnostic model construction, single-gene GSEA and molecular docking.
2 Research Workflow
The full technical scheme and modular analysis pipeline are presented in Methods.
